In this former workshop of a company building dating back to 1922, a living space with a kitchenette and three adjoining rooms was created. To visually connect the spaces, white oiled oak parquet flooring throughout provides a robust yet elegant flooring. The newly integrated kitchenette in the living room is visually understated thanks to its white color scheme. Its glass back panel with a copper-backed finish combines high quality with functionality, blending seamlessly into the room.



For the more than 10-meter-long corridor to the three private rooms, we designed a rhythmically structured built-in cupboard made of IKEA kitchen modules.
The bathrooms feature cubic sinks made of engineered stone, complemented by wall-to-ceiling tiling and an invisibly anchored glass shower enclosure. The mirror surfaces, flush with the tiles across the entire width of the wall, create an additional sense of spaciousness.

A custom-designed loft bed in one of the rooms, which runs from wall to wall, makes optimal use of the floor space in this room.
