HOUSE W | ENTRANCE
The idea: to create a kind of entrée in the entrance area of an old terraced house dating back to 1910. The exposed, original terrazzo flooring is conveyed by the subsequent, barrier-free oak parquet flooring, which seamlessly transitions into the living area. The removal of the suspended ceiling further expands the space upwards. Modern crystal lamps and a recessed beveled mirror create additional elegance.
HOUSE W | BATH
The goal in designing this guest restroom was to create a coherent and clear spatial layout. The downpipe and supply lines, as well as the cistern, were concealed in the rear wall, and the plastered mirror with a small bevel sits flush with the wall surface. An innovative wall plaster, tested in this room, combines the color of the exposed terrazzo with that of the simple sink and ceramic element.
